Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for daily communication with the warehouse to ensure timely information exchange and problem resolution;
2.Guide customers to use the overseas warehouse system, track orders, and assist in handling abnormal events;
3.Follow up and handle the inbound and outbound process, monitor the execution quality of the warehouse and optimize the process;
4.Familiar with and operate the warehouse system, and maintain and update daily data system end.

Job Requirements

1. Candidates with experience in JD.com, SF Express, Dabang Logistics, or overseas warehouse operation are preferred;
2. Candidates who are meticulous, responsible, and have strong logical thinking ability to handle abnormal events in a timely and efficient manner;
3. Candidates with good communication and teamwork skills to communicate effectively with sales teams and customers;
4. Candidates who are proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office;
5. Candidates with the ability to handle pressure and deal with work and problems arising from the time difference and holidays between China and the US;

1.Be familiar with ocean export operations, responsible for receiving orders, arranging space booking, transportation, cargo tracking, settlement, and related tasks;
2.Prepare sea/air transport documents and other related files, record accounts receivable and payable, and arrange related matters;
3.Provide documents for overseas agency business;
4.Organize and archive documents and files;
5.Be adept at handling various unexpected events and comply with other tasks assigned by the leadership.

4.Industry Knowledge: Proficient in international logistics and trade processes, familiar with the cross-border e-commerce market.
